How do I know? Because I did it myself. I am a completely new version of myself. Things that used to leave me emotionally overwhelmed and mentally drained do not bother me anymore. What used to take days to get over is now just a few moments.


What this space is about

I have found complete freedom from my earlier so-called 'emotionally sensitive' self, by learning to use my sensitivity as an asset rather than a limitation. And, since one of my guiding philosophies is: What I want for myself, I want for everyone — this is what this space is about.

Each companion is built for a specific moment when the chaos feels hard to get through. It walks you through it, step by step. The goal is to be with you until you feel better than when you started. A little more clear — and a little more capable of handling it.

The more you come back, the faster you move through it — and the better you get at handling it when it happens again.
